In this project, I worked as the UX design lead and collaborated with PM, engineers, researchers, copywriters to build an intuitive experience, aiming to promote the account security awareness for one of the world's largest investment banks. Thru the testing sessions, the design has received very positive feedback and motivated users to take action and protect their cybersecurity.

I conducted competitor analysis to explore and understand how other platforms are currently doing to help users better protect their accounts, i.e. Google, Chase, Facebook...etc.

I created some Dos and Don'ts after analyzing the features of competitors' design and other research findings.

Ideate design concepts

Then I start to ideate some design concepts that could be helpful to users.

One of the key features is how the experience can guide users to select the most suitable security measures from them. Asking users "Do you like Auth App or Security Key?" is not going to be meaningful cause people outside of the organization won't know what these terms mean. Instead, I want to describe the options in a very generic way and provide basic information to help people choose.

Exploration has been done on a checklist design to show the recommended tasks and progress. It's also going to be an global elements used in other products on the client-facing website.

Add a card that will direct users to the public-facing website where more cybersecurity resources are available for users.
